I Want – The Meme

I was tagged by the lovely Lauren over at Real Housewife of Suffolk County in the I Want meme that started over at Mammywoo’s blog.

The idea is that we can become self indulgent and write the things we want. Not the kids, or the hubby, or the dog, but the things we want. Hubby is always asking me what I want for presents, and I never know what to say. Maybe he can magically find me something off this list?

Here goes….

I want….

  1. A cure for cancer
  2. To know that I won’t ever get cancer again
  3. To not have to worry about money
  4. To live in a house like the ones in Wisteria Lane – for they are beautiful
  5. To be able to be more creative with my hair, rather than just putting it in a pony tail
  6. To go on X Factor so I can hug Dermot O’Leary
  7. To be a size 10 again
  8. To have tenants for my house we are trying to rent
  9. To know that we will complete on the house we want
  10. To take the boys to Disney World
  11. Pancakes
  12. To win the lottery. I’m not greedy, just a single million would do
  13. To just be able to transport places without the need for long flights or car journeys
  14. To lean more about my family history
  15. My babies to stay babies forever
  16. To be able to escape the miserable weather over here and go somewhere hot and sunny (in my transporter, of course!)
  17. To visit The Wild Garlic in Dorset
  18. To have a surprise party thrown for me
  19. To have an apartment in downtown Toronto
  20. To own a Mini Cooper S
  21. And also a BMW X5
  22. And maybe a house with a paddock for a couple of horses
  23. And maybe even room for an indoor pool
  24. To sing on stage with Bryan Adams
  25. To be able to bake well enough to go on The Great British Bake Off
  26. To go on a sugar-craft course
  27. For there to be more softplay places in Worcester
  28. To have a full nights sleep again
  29. To do a lot more travelling
  30. For my boys to always want cuddles from me, no matter how old they are
  31. To have the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to fight for the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. (I stole that from Mammywoo, but I like it!)
